    eeh it does make you sweat more.....You have to put in the effort to actually workout for this to be effective. You can't just put it on and expect results. I think it helps a little because you sweat more but the tone sculpted body your are looking for will only happen if you eat right and put the work in!

    The band is wide enough to cover my entire midsection without rolling when I sit or do crunches and the velcro is smaller than the band with no overhang to scratch your stomach. It is thin but really warms up your core. I've machine washed it two times and it held up fine.

    The quality is why I gave this 2 stars & not 1 star & here are the issues i experienced in hopes i can help someone else save money & time!
    1) I am a male 185lbs with a 30" waste so the belt size 44" is a bit big so if your waste is 36" or smaller your gonna have to wrap around more.
    2) The belt is unisex so I just can't see most women being able to use this, unless of course your a woman with some curves!
    3) What my biggest issue was this belt comes in 7" & 9" and unless you have a longer torso the 9" is way too wide AND their 7" IS NOT 7" at all!! It is about 8" making it still too wide for a person with a shorter torso!
    In closing, if you are not tall &/or wide this belt is way to big ESPECIALLY FOR MANY WOMAN! Too bad cause the belt quality is good.

    I am really disappointed, ordered both the elite and the sweet sweat, they arrive a the same time same box, and after the first use they get so fluffy, and role all over around, I feel almost the same as the one I have for $3.99 at the dollar store the only difference is the material the both make you seat a lot if you are doing exorcise, wish I can return them but I all ready us them both to try and see the difference but it is not much comparing with my cheap one. won't buy it again, save your money guys
