    Great curlers. Used hot rollers for years but it was hard to find the right size -x large but not jumbo. The size is perfect I have shoulder length hair and they come with 2 different types of clips. But the best is they get really hot. The heat bars go right through the curlers and take just a few minutes to get hot.

    This appliance has a polarized plug with two parallel blades rated at 120V. It's a US plug where one blade is wider than the other, meaning that you cannot use this item in the UK unless you buy a specific adapter which is not included in this purchase. Quite disappointing as this was not mentioned by Amazon anywhere. Now that I received it I cannot use it and will need to buy separately a UK adaptor...

    These rollers are perfect for long hair they come in different sizes curl hair fabulous I would recommend wearing gloves while rolling the hair because they do get very hot even on the low heat I found them hot
    hopefully they will last a good while you can tilt the holder upwards to get rollers out easier but laying flat is just as good so many rollers so it’s great you can curl quite the head of hair

    I've used these (set of 10, travel roller pack of 1.5" I think) regularly for a cpl months now. I love them, and hope they don't die (as everyone mentions) anytime soon!

    (Note: After my first use, I put them in the holder without 'clicking'- didn't realize they had that feature until they didn't heat up the second time and I realized I had just placed them on top of, vs into, the base heating unit.)

    These are just perfect for my long, thick/fine hair. I used to use Velcro rollers (which caught and broke my hair), and didn't want to heat-treat, but these don't seem to directly affect my hair in the negative, as they don't get crazy-hot, and I'm using a thermal protector spray.

    Based on what I've read here, I preheat them for 10m without the zippered cover, then roll/wait 10m. No issues yet! Will update if there are any. I'm planning on daily/mostly regular use.

    The pins work fine and are perfectly stable with these rollers. Perhaps it's also because my hair is long and it just does its thing.

    At first I was looking for bigger 2" rollers. These produce a beautiful, loose curl. (Obviously presumably the bigger ones would be bigger, but my hair is also shorter than it was.) Out of the 10, I use about 5-7. (With the 2", I need about 5.)

    (This photo is directly after roller-ing air-dried straight hair, after above procedure [10m preheat; 10-15m set & cool-down], during travel in a hot, high-humidity climate *without* my usual prepping mousse/heat-treating products; no styling/taming yet, hence the strays...)

    Packing tip: if only using half the rollers, pack the base separately from rollers, which condense into boxy travel bags much easier than the full 'case' if unnecessary- saves 1/2 volume!
