    Product is of high quality and is very good for USA region strictly. It supports only 120V AC / 60Hz - Whereas in India the electricity in general household is 230V AC / 50Hz.
    In God's name why don't the supplier mentions voltage requirements clearly in the main front hand description ??????
    People over here will recommend you to buy a Step Down transformer but I will strongly advise you not to get into this experimenting - You might burn off your fuse/circuit breaker or overheat electrical parts or even smoke the flat iron. Good luck ... Hope you will bless us for this tiny review for saving all the trouble and frustration.

    I had my old Conair straightener for 20 plus years and it finally decided that heat was no longer an option.
    I have fine hair but a ton of it and this straightens my hair like I don’t even have a curl in it.
    Has three different temperatures and I always use the middle heat.
    Heats up quickly so you don’t have to wait. Handling it is super easy and you don’t have to worry about burning yourself (because we’ve all done it).
    Salon worthy and definitely worth the value. I highly recommend.
