Yes, you read that right. The muscular macho, John Abraham is bedridden. And it is because of one of the scenes of his upcoming film Pagalpanti.

He was currently busy in shooting the final schedule of Anees Bazmee’s Pagalpanti at a Mumbai studio. There was a truck arm sequence being directed where John met with an accident and had an arm injury. One of the insiders said
“John has been advised rest for the next 20 days to avoid aggravating the injury. His co-actors Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Pulkit Samrat, Ileana D’Cruz and Kriti Kharbanda were also a part of the scene,”
Kumar Mangat, the producer of the film also confirmed the accident and said
“It was a simple shot, but mistiming caused the injury. Ninety percent of our shoot has been completed in London and Leeds. This is the last schedule in Mumbai which we will have to reschedule now. After a week, we will decide when to resume depending on how quickly he recovers. We will wrap up the film by June end.”

Apart from this John will also be seen in Satyameva Jayate 2 where he will be sharing the screen space with Divya Khosla. One of the film insiders said
“Milap had fleshed out strong characters for John and Manoj Bajpayee in the first part. This time, he has written a memorable leading role for Divya. While SMJ2 will still pack a lot of punches, this time around it will be a commercial family entertainer with a patriotic flavour. What drew her to the project is that the role is integral to the narrative and will present her in an interesting light. Today it is content that sells and so this is the right time for Divya to be back in the spotlight.”
