Manoj Patil recently won Mr. Physique category at Sheru Classics 2019 held at Pragati Maidan, Delhi. The man is extremely happy and is gearing up for his next level challenge.
Manoj Patil started working out at a young age of 16 years old. He used to observe his elder brother exercising and started taking a keen interest in his diet and workout schedule. When he was just 19 years old when he participated in his first contest – Mr. Mumbai and grabbed the top spot.

When the man was 21 years old, he also competed for Mr. India but could reach only till top 15.
When it comes to his diet, then the man focuses on a mix of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

His daily diet comprises of –
Meal | Menu |
1stMeal of the day – 7 am | 1 fruit – apple, orange etc. and Protein Shake |
2ndMeal – Breakfast (45 minutes after 1stmeal) | 8 egg whites (Proteins), oats (Carbs), dry fruits like almonds, walnut etc. (Good Fats) |
3rdMeal – Lunch | 200 grams chicken, vegetable salad that includes broccoli, capsicum etc. and curd |
4thmeal – Evening | A special meal from Being Fit Kitchen and Protein Shake |
5thmeal – Dinner | 200 grams of fish like Salmon, tuna and vegetable salad |
